This kit is wonderful and gets better with age, if you can keep any around long enough to age! I bottle it in the 375 ml (half size) bottles, so it's great for gifts and has become a favorite of some of my friends and relatives. Last time I made it, I did a double batch, just to make sure I had some left to age for a while! The flavors change as it ages; the chocolate really popped in the bottle we sampled last night, from the batch bottled about a year ago. Enjoy!

I finally got wine ready to bottle. We finished bottling and had about half bottle left. Of coarse had to try it. Great taste. Must try. I will wait about a year before I bring it out of cellar.
