Terrific everyday wine

Tasted at bottling so hasn’t aged yet. It’s very good better at day zero than some commercial Chianti’s I’ve purchased. Easily as good as or better than house wine from Italian chain restaurants. Looking forward to drinking after it’s had time to age a bit. This will be a terrific house wine.

Looking for a Chianti...this is it!!!

Very pleased with this Italian Tuscan Classico Wine Kit. Was surprised there was no bentonite; I suppose due to the grape skins in primary? This is not really a beginner kit, several additional steps with adding grape skins after 4-5 day fermentation and removing. Then adding Oak chips to secondary fermentation. Once transferring to Carboy or other final fermenter is standard practice. The description is spot on. Outstanding Chianti style wine that is distinguished by a garnet-red hue with ruby reflections, complex aroma of spices, notes of blackberry, and black cherry. Can't wait to pair with a grilled ribeye and roasted vegetables!

Italian Tuscan is another of my favorite wines I like to make and have on hand for friends and family. This wine has great flavor and is a go to for relaxing or evening conversations.
