They should have told me
This Riesling kit has no finishing pack. It makes a bone-dry Riesling. If that's what you want, fine, but the writeup should have warned me. Now I have to go through the hassle of back sweetening to make the halb trocken Riesling I expected when they said "Germany Riesling."
