Wine Conditioner is a sweetener and stabilizer all in one. Made from liquid invert sugar (a non-fermentable sugar) and potassium sorbate (prevents renewed fermentation). This product allows you to sweeten your wine without worry of fermentation or carbonation in the bottle. Wine conditioner also reduces the effects of aging. Use 2 - 4 ounces per gallon.

Used this on a Lambrusco that came out a little sour. Sweetness now is right where I want it.
Tastes just like regular sugar. I like that it wont restart fermentation.
I made a batch of brown ale and a batch of elderberry wine. Both were very easy to make and came out great. They have been a big hit with all my friends. The brown ale didn't last long. I will be ordering a new kit soon.
Been using it for years, great addition when needed.
