Product Details

Wine Conditioner is a sweetener and stabilizer all in one. Made from liquid invert sugar and potassium sorbate (prevents renewed fermentation). This product allows you to sweeten your wine without worry of fermentation or carbonation in the bottle. Some winemakers use conditioner to reduce aging. Use 2 - 4 ounces per gallon.

At the present time the 5 gallons of blackberry wine is fermenting in the number one fermentation. However, since I started with the premixed must (without any solids) I'm wondering if it is necessary to have a second fermentation in another container. I could understand a second fermentation if I were using whole blackberries.
Thus far I have been very pleased with the service and products that I have received from Miswest Supplies. The only problem is one of communications. I don't text and there is no phone number where I can speak to a live person with my questions. At my age I rather doubt that I will ever learn texting.
