Great for Grand Cru style ales

This yeast floculates well and if you heat your fermenter to the higher range listed on the label for this product, it will result in a very flavorful Grand Cru. I do not use hops anymore for medical reasons and this yeast adds the flavors that yarrow (which I use for bittering)) lacks.
