What is the vertical length of the dip-tube from the center of the bulkhead to the bottom of the dip-tube / How high would I need to center punch for the hole to have the dip-tube be 1/8" - 3/16" off the bottom of my pot?
Are the vertical measurements identical for the Isoflow Bulkhead and the EZ Clean Bulkhead ?

BEST ANSWER: It is the same dip tube in those other assemblies. The 7/8" diameter hole we punch has the bottom of the hole at 1 and 3/16" from the bottom and 2 1/8" at the top of that hole. That puts the dip tube at exactly 1/8" off the bottom. If you can replicate that measurement, we use a jig to hold the kettle to the perfect location then punch the hole. My math works out to the pilot hole that you drill being at exactly 1.66 inches off the bottom but I would double check that! Measure twice, drill once!
