Thank you for your patience. We have been working diligently to ensure everyone in our warehouse is able to work safely and efficiently. These changes took some time, but we are happy to report that we have greatly reduced the shipping delays we were experiencing in our warehouse.
As we all know, the pandemic known as Covid-19 is here in the United States. Responsible organizations and businesses are taking the necessary steps to avoid the spread of this virus as much as possible. As brewers and winemakers we, of all people, know the importance of cleaning and sanitization. We vigorously do this before, during, and after every brew. We want to let you know we are taking these same precautions at all of our locations, and we urge you to take these rigorous steps in your everyday lives as well.
While cleanliness is always of paramount importance to us, Midwest Supplies has taken additional steps to ensure we are operating in accordance with the illness prevention guidelines put forth by the CDC. There is nothing more important to us than the health of our customers and staff. These are necessary precautions to lower the risk of spreading COVID-19.
Please note that these extra precautions, and the potential of operating shorthanded for a time, may contribute to slower than normal processing times. We apologize for the long delay, please know we are working diligently to fulfill all of your orders as quickly as possible.
