COVID-19: A Note From Midwest Supplies
St. Louis Park Retail Special Notice:
Thank you for bearing with us during our store closure earlier this Spring. This time has allowed us to develop and implement a plan that we believe will keep everyone safe.
We are happy to announce we will re-open with regular store hours starting Monday morning, May 18th, at 10 am. Our staff will be wearing masks and taking extra sanitary precautions for everyone's safety. One of the sanitary precautions we are taking is closing the grain room for self-service, our team will be happy to weigh and mill your grain for you.
We’re adapting to these new rules and procedures just like you, and we ask for your patience as we navigate this new process. Please be courteous to your fellow brewers by wearing a mask, staying 6 feet apart while shopping, and if possible shop alone.
We are offering curbside pickup, please use our Curbside Pickup order form to place your order that will be ready for you to pickup the next day. Pickup times will be between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Shipping Special Notice:
Thank you for your patience. We have been working diligently to ensure everyone in our warehouse is able to work safely and efficiently. These changes took some time, but we are happy to report that we have greatly reduced the shipping delays we were experiencing in our warehouse.
As we all know, the pandemic known as Covid-19 is here in the United States. Responsible organizations and businesses are taking the necessary steps to avoid the spread of this virus as much as possible. As brewers and winemakers we, of all people, know the importance of cleaning and sanitization. We vigorously do this before, during, and after every brew. We want to let you know we are taking these same precautions at all of our locations, and we urge you to take these rigorous steps in your everyday lives as well.
While cleanliness is always of paramount importance to us, Midwest Supplies has taken additional steps to ensure we are operating in accordance with the illness prevention guidelines put forth by the CDC. There is nothing more important to us than the health of our customers and staff. These are necessary precautions to lower the risk of spreading COVID-19.
Please note that these extra precautions, and the potential of operating shorthanded for a time, may contribute to slower than normal processing times. We apologize for the long delay, please know we are working diligently to fulfill all of your orders as quickly as possible.
Be safe, stay sanitized, and keep brewing!
