Smooth, But Not As Creamy As I Had Hoped

This turned out to be a good beer, just not particularly creamy. I used the basic kit but also added 1 pound of Lactose to add more creaminess. Even after that it was just noticeably creamy. I also used a yeast starter.
Here are the specs on this one: OG: 1.057; FG: 1.031 (3.25%ABV); initial and secondary fermentation @ 67°F - 71°F; transferred to keg and force carb'd @ 13psi for 3 days; served @ 5 psi.

Beer simply beer kits

While a friend of mine told me that the beer simply beer recipes were pretty good I was not sure but recently ordered the cream ale and pale ale kits. The pale ale was so good I drank that up and will be serving the cream ale at our annual fundraiser this weekend!
