Sparkling Amber Briess Dry Malt Extract (DME)
My Brew day went smoothly and the CBS CLONE looked clear & tasted very good at bottling time. We'll see in 2 weeks.
I like using this Briess DME for making yeast starters. I let them ferment for a week the refrigerate and decant the Oxigenated beer. There is a lot more yeast and my beers ferment to the final gravity.
