Briess Rye Malt is the key ingredient to successful Roggenbiers, RyePAs and other hearty homebrewed beers. It lends a spicy rye flavor and can help build flavor in anything from full-flavored lagers to dark ales. Fully modified, rice hulls are recommended if used for more than 20% of the mash.

it is what i ordered it seems to be high quality and worked for my purposes its hard to come by these ingredients locally so being able to order them and have them shipped to my door is awesome as well as the price being competitive with everyone else that i have looked at for these ingredients
This is a great malt for specialty beers, gives a stout a little bitterness, not needing to use to much in a batch.
