Briess Rye Malt is the key ingredient to successful Roggenbiers, RyePAs and other hearty homebrewed beers. It lends a spicy rye flavor and can help build flavor in anything from full-flavored lagers to dark ales. Fully modified, rice hulls are recommended if used for more than 20% of the mash.
