Have not made this kit yet but every other kit I’ve made has been great!
Looks like I have a new favorite wine. Ever so slightly sweet, lots of berry and dark fruit flavors.
This is a great everyday red wine. It is semi dry and will compliment any
food choice. I have started making my third batch.
Just went down to the cellar and sampled California Trinity Red. Outstanding. Bottling next week and another Trinity is arriving tomorrow as well as a Gewurztraminer for summer and my 1st attempt at Hard seltzer.
Tastes pretty good prior to bottling so imagine it will be excellent with at least 9 months of aging. Great kit for the price!
