Generally good design, however, I would prefer a slightly narrower blade (5mm less on each side) with uniform width of blade from top to bottom (keeping the traditional rounded end).
I got it with my cheese making kit so I could make some of the advanced cheeses. The grip is long and the blade isn't too rigid. This lets you make angle cuts evenly.
Good grip and makes good angle cuts. It's nice because of the blade length, it's not too short.
It came with my kit and is very good. Its long and flexible and has a good grip. I won't need to upgrade it.
