The classic pale lager. Clear, deep golden color, foamy white head, medium-full body with caramelly malt and spicy hop character, firm bitterness giving way to a soft finish.
If we had to pick just one style that embodies everything a beer should be, Czech Pilsner might be it: this lager showcases both malt and hops but allows some expression of yeast character; mellow enough to drink a few half-liters but technical enough to demand care in brewing. Clear, deep golden color, foamy white head, medium-full body with caramelly malt and spicy hop character, firm bitterness giving way to a soft finish.

Very good example of a Czech pilsner. I will be making this again although I may up the hops a bit to match my personal tastes.
Received order and set date to brew. Beer is in last week in secondary and then I'll bottle. All looks good at this point. I am anxious to taste this beer. As for Midwest Supplies, they came through with my order as expected. I will use their service again when my local homebrew store doesn't have what I need.
Good, but need better discriptions of what is in each beer kit
This is the best beer I have made yet. Everyone loves it. The lagering step takes time but is worth it!
This turned out amazing! Great taste and color!
