Czech Saaz Pellet Hops
Saaz hops work great as finishing hops in my lager beers.
Not overpowering and keeps the taste of the malt and caramel more profound.
I make a blonde ale using Pilsner malts, and this is the only hop I use, for both bittering and for taste/aroma. Used alone in this manner it has a very gentle and pleasant grapefruit flavor, but without the citrus bite you'd expect from grapefruit. Very mellow and flavorful, and provides a nice fruit-like finish.
I have used this several times and bought an extra pack to have on hand for those impromptu recipes
