Dingemans Aromatic Malt

I love working with this grain because of how nice it smells._x000D_It adds color and has a taste not unlike Munich.

Wonderful aroma! It adds some flavor and color. I use it with Vienna malt as a pair, making up 15% of the grain bill.

I love the smell of aromatic malt. I use 8 ounces when I use Munich malt, just substituting it one for one. It's a little darker but the taste isn't much different.
