Flaked Corn (Maize)

I use .5lb in my favorite Cream Ale recipe.

It's flaked corn. Exactly what it's supposed to be. Worked just like it should. Perfectly expected.

In truth, it's a lot easier to work with than cracked or ground corn. If you've used cracked corn and bolied and boiled and boiled it, you'll like this cause it's way easier. But it's also way more expensive.

Flaked corn is good quality. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the shipping. The shipping was expensive due to the weight, but that said UPS damage one of the package. Some flaked corn fell out. So maybe some stronger boxes for shipping the 50lbs bags.

Everything showed up on time.
