When I brew Belgian Pale Ales and Hefeweizens I use Tettnanger hops for aroma and flavor. I like the floral and slightly spicey flavor for these beers.
These are much nicer than EK Goldings which have an earthy taste that I dont like. I use these in my German lagers both for flavor and aroma.
Excellent hop! I use it for both bittering and flavor. Goes very nice in American wheat beers.
Good aroma in a wide range of beers. I use it for flavoring too. It has a mild flowery aroma.
