Deep orange in color and brimming with notes of peach, apricot, and citrus, Grapefruit Pulpin' finishes with an authoritative and heavy-handed dose of grapefruit flavor and aroma. Slightly restrained bitterness allows for citrus domination, while impressions of clean, crisp malt character and moderate caramel flavors serve to balance out this empire of a beer. Have a pint, or two, of this IPA and Grapefruit Pulpin' will assert rule over your palate.

Grapefruit Pulpin' IPA Beer Recipe Kit
I have just completed the first fermentation of Hoe Gaarden and halfway through the second. I really like the thoroughness of your instructions. And everything is in the kit, no gotchas halfway through the brewing. The last Hoe Gaarden brew was fantastic! I have discovered that using “oak chips” that are usually used in wine making really help in minimizing any after taste that I used to get with home brew. I have used this technique during fermentation in the following brews and none of them have any after taste: Hoe Gaarden; American Wheat; Salty Dog IPA; Hefeweizen; Belgium Blanc; and Belgium Blonde. I highly recommend this for home brew. After I bottle my current brew of Hoe Gaarden I’ll try the Graprfruit Palpin’ IPA.
I am by no means a beer connoisseur. I only make beer from an extract kits so I'm not much of a brewer. I do like IPA's that have a grapefruit aroma and taste. I have made this beer several times because to me it tastes very good.
Great brew easy to make right
