What would happen if you augmented the slightly dry, caramelly and roasty character of a smooth, mellow English brown ale with the sweet floral flavor of honey? What if you added the honey at the very last possible minute to maximize its presence in the finished beer? What if it was delicious? This recipe is a spinoff of our highly popular Nut Brown Ale kit that combines American malts, hops and ale yeast with honey. A well-balanced and intensely drinkable beer.
If you enjoyed Honey Amber Ale, or Copper Ale, you'll love this kit!

Everything arrived quickly and the flavor of the beer was wonderful! Would highly recommend.
The kit worked out great! The only problem is that it's all gone.
This has a mild, refreshing flavor.
Definitely more flavor than regular brown ale.
We liked it,
Added to 2 cups of brown sugar at the end of the boil plus 2 ounces of fuggle hops... started off ok after 2 weeks in the keg... decent at 4 weeks... but faded at the end of the keg...
