Very simple recipe and quick to make for a quality beer. Most of the time I don’t mind an involved brewing process but this was a nice break with a strong result.
I haven’t homebrewed in a few years and thought what better time than when stuck at home?! A little nervous about trying this out again and feeling rusty with my knowledge, I was not sure what to expect. The beer turned out excellent! Everyone I have given it to has loved it, even though who don’t like IPA’s. Midwest suggested a different yeast package than what the kit says due to it being sold out and it was perfect. Excited to get back into brewing more often!
Kama Citra Session IPA Beer Recipe Kit
This is first tine I’ve brewed this recipe and it was a hit with everyone including myself! A very smooth and light IPA to enjoy year round. I will definitely be brewing this again!
Just popped the first one open last night. I hate delayed satisfaction waiting on the carbonation- oh well, the wait was worth it. Malt balance with the hops and the aroma--excellent.
