I bought several packets of this wine yeast as I was out from COVID confinement home wine production. This yeast was an hearty participant in my recent batch of Gerwurztraminer; fermentation began the next day and fermented to dry in about 10 days. My next two winter gift giving projects are blackberry and Viagra...I mean, Niagra wine. 8-})
