I like this sugar to add more fuel to the yeast and it doesn't effect the flavor profile as far as i am aware
I think if your putting together a Belgian beer its a must.
I first started using the Belgian sugar in my Tripels. Now I add some to other beers that are a little thick, to make them less chewy and to dry them out and add some kick.
Candi Sugar shouldn't be limited to just Belgian beers, it's good for many beers. Add some to thin them out and add a little more alcohol. Any thick beer can benefit.
This is very nice sugar that melts easily. I would recommend this if making a Belgian beer although it is a little pricey.
