This mini regulator will let you serve drinks on Nitro without any of the hassle of lugging around an extra tank or eating up the extra room in your home. It has all of the advantages of its bigger counterparts: an easy to read pressure gauge and exact dial to let you set the amount or pressure you need, but on a much smaller footprint.
Best of all, this Mini Regulator also works with CO2. Why decide between CO2 and Nitrogen, when you can have both?
Required but not included: Nitrogen or CO2 cartridge and a ball lock or pin lock disconnect.

Summer is here, ready to get the Coolerator put together! I have not attempted to attach the cylinder to the regulator yet, will be very cautious, with the problems some of the reviewers have posted!
Consumed an entire 18g ($19.99) cartridge installing it on the mini nitrogen regulator and and purging a single filled keg. Luckily I bought two cartridges. Installed the second one faster and was able to finish the 4x purge. Listened for a while and didn't hear any leaks. Walked away with 7 psi on the keg. Wow $40 to purge a filled keg. Hopefully I will be able to dispense the keg with the balance. This would be fine for portability. If doing it again, I'd get the 40# tank and the normal regulator and the one year cost would be lower. If this is not typical there must be a leak in the regulator because this it the new keg's first use and it held 15psi of CO2 for the last 15 months. Maybe I'll contact Midwest and inquire.
It does not work. The regulator shows that nitrogen is present though it does not allow any to pass through it. Useless piece of equipment. Still aearching for another option
