Munton & Fison (UK) Wheat DME

Have used the wheat dme a number of times when I brew a wit beer. Always consistent.

I use it to make delicious bourbon barrel beer

Please ensure yeast is packed better. My smack pack came popped and expanded. It didn't smell right so I didn't use it, used another I had on hand.

Added it to my Midwest wheat kit...YEEHAWW!!!!! i just love dumping in that powder!!! Adds nice color and texture to the end product (great beer)

I've used the Muntons extracts and they are generally good. Their wheat DME is good for making wheat beers and can provide an easy way to add a little something to recipes that need a little something.
