I've used the Muntons extracts and they are generally good. Their wheat DME is good for making wheat beers and can provide an easy way to add a little something to recipes that need a little something.
Sometime I need wheat for a spur of the moment recipe and don't have any, but I do keep a pack of Wheat DME around for just such an emergency. I've used this for wheat beers too and it's good.
Good wheat DME. I like the flavor from this one. It makes a nice crisp wheat beer with good head retention.
The DME is perfect for wheat beers. I also use it in Lambics. Its easier to use than LME and tastes very good.
