The straining bag was exactly what I wanted...but almost didn't order because it was labeled as "coarse" mesh. I wouldn't call it coarse. A better description of how fine or coarse would be nice. MC

These nylon straining bags work great for holding layers of apple pumice in our press. These bags stand up to the strong pressure of the press and are large enough to have extra bag to fold over the top of the apple pumice layers. The mesh size of these bags is small enough to keep the cider running clear, but large enough to allow good juice flow and rinse clean unlike finer muslin.

Received in good condition, preforms as advertised. I use for straining fruit wines like blueberry, blackberry and raspberry. Planning to use as a fermentation bag to hold the fruit with next batch.

Can put 30 lbs in this bag!
