Product Details

Hefty piles of malt and equally weighty additions of intensely flavorful and aromatic hops makes this double IPA stand up to its inspiration brewed on the east coast. Supported with a dry and crisp body, the flavors of tropical fruit, peach and pine will fill your head with visions of hops. Off the Topper IIPA will pour with a slight haze, making an otherwise deep golden-orange beer appear to shine in your favorite glass, while the persistent white foam head provides a robust footing for the copious hop aroma to permeate into your psyche.

Off the Topper IIPA Beer Recipe Kit

Great beer. I used all the hops provided. Didn't throw away any 1/2 ounce leftovers. I have repeatedly made this beer selection, for a reason!

Awesome kit - results are amazing

I have purchased and brewed Midwest's Heady clone a few times and while always producing a great beer, this time they've upped their game with even more hops and 2 syringes of HopShot which I have not used or seen before. The result is a much better clone that looks like a NEIPA (hazy) and has that distinct hoppy citrus profile. Very happy with this as I would say one of my best batches in 30 years of brewing. Spring for the liquid yeast on this one and follow the hop adds as directed and I think you will be impressed with the end result. Buying another one now!

Still one of my Favorites!

When I want to "treat myself" this is the Beer I choose. Such full body, and great Hoppy-ness flavor! There are a ton of Hops in this one, plus two liquid Hop-shots....it's the Best!

Hoppy and strong, but color way off

I brewed a double batch for my annual vacation with my buddies and their families. Was excited to make a clone brew of one of my favorite beers but ultimately I was a little disappointed, as it was a little on the Sweet side and very dark like an amber which is not quite like heady topper‘s golden hue.

My favorite (at the time - it changes from time to time)!
