Pinot Grigio

Just finished bottling, had a few sips, tastes like a hit! Thank you, Midwest, I'll be enjoying this one chilled!

Surprisingly good

This is first time I've used a kit with woodchips. I told myself it better be good for the extra time to clean the carboy. And it was! Very good, a little dryer then what I usually make. But overall, I'll make it again!

Nice wine and beer kits!

I just put Hank's beer in my mini kegs soon to be tasted (smells good).
Haven't made the wine or other beers yet. I have been brewing beer and making wine since 1972 when I drove to another state to get my ingredients.
It is great to be able to order all my stuff online and see what is new!

Weekday pinot grigio kit

So far, so good! I’ve done about 8-10 kits now and all have turned out great. There have been a few favorites when our dinner party-goers were asked. This one will be our standard back-up wine and for regular weekly dinner wine. Just got done racking and stabilizing and it should go into bottles in a week. Initial check (come on you have to taste along the way right?…) was good! Looking forward to some of this chilled on the deck now that summer is in full swing!
