This yeast is Awesome!

I make a lot of homemade wine. I Made a batch of Honey mead, takes along time to complete. This yeast brought up the Alcohol % to a v 40/. Which 20. Pretty good. If it turns out dry, and sugars at the end.

It caused a volcanic eruption!

The Red Star wine yeast exceeded expectations in a batch of apple wine. The fermentation was like a little volcano, spewing forth air bubbles like lava. After ten days of this, I racked the wine and the fermentation continued!
