Always consistent

I have been ordering ingredients from Midwest for almost a decade and have found them to be the most consistent supplier out there. The sell quality products and their customer service is top notch.

It is a very difficult thing to review a product like rice syrup. It did the job as expected. Midwest on the other hand did a great job at getting the whole order to me quickly and safely. The only thing I have an issue with (and not just Midwest) is the grain production estimates at 100%. I use a very broad calculator system that has (I assume) industry standard sugar production data but when I used the grains I got it showed my production way lower than I usually get. With most similar grains I've used I get around 80% to 85% but the reading were closer to 65%. It would be nice to see the 100% expected. Sorry off topic of Rice Syrup Solids. This was as expected

Essential in making light lagers

Not only does it add fermentables, it thins out the beer and keeps it as light as possible. Because of the cost I only use it where I need it. For an ale I would just add more grain.
