Good yeast; easy to use

I've used this to re-start secondary fermentation when another yeast quits too soon. I've also used it to ensure healthy yeast in a high-strength beer before bottle conditioning. It has always given good results. It gives a clean, classic Belgian character and the flavors blend well with other Belgian ale yeasts. It is also very simple to use; just sprinkle it on top of the beer or wort and you're done.

Starts off fast

I'd never used a dry Belgian yeast so wanted to give thirs a spin. I used it in a Belgian and it was pretty good but not as good as liquid Belgian yeasts, so i wont us eit again.

Good cheap Belgian yeast

I like to save money where I can and this yeast makes a pretty good Belgian beer for a third the price of the liquid yeast. I've made 3 different Belgian ales with this yeast and all have a nice taste and aroma from the yeast.
