SafLager S-189 Lager Dry Yeast
Great lager yeast, ferments clean and fast. I usually start it at 50F and ramp to 55F then do my diacetyl rest as it slows down.
I am very impressed with this yeast strain. I used it in a pale ale with some hops I grew at home. This yeast fermented very clean and allowed for the hops to shine.
