US Citra® Pellet Hops are known for its intense flavor and aroma characteristics. Developed by the Hop Breeding Company of Yakima, Washington; released in 2007

Aroma: Strong citrus and tropical tones—grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and lychee

I love this stuff. Started with my basic Belgian blonde recipe overhopped it with Amarillo and citra. Just bottled it yesterday preliminary taste seems like it's going to be really good. I'll know more in a week

Easy Experience

I purchased hops online for a home brewing friend with a gift card from Midwest
Supplies. The experience was easy. My friend received his hops on the date promised. They were very well packaged and fresh. He used them in his next brew and I visited him for several tastes. It was an outstanding beer. I will use Midwest again for sure.

Excellent smell and flavor

Citrus hops are a great addition to brew kits. They work great at the end of the boil and for dry racking. I usually add 1 oz with in the last 15 min of the boil and at least 2 to 4 oz dry racking for two weeks. Nice citrus ,hoppy flavor and never overdone.
