It made an awesome Hefe!!!
Used this with my dunkelweizen recipe. (called for it in kit).
I would not use it again in this recipe as it has too much banana taste for me....
It steeped really well prior to pitching. Give me 6 weeks before flavor but so far 2 week fermentation looks really good.
Hands down the best yeast for Hefeweizen!
