Rye bread, or oatbun sandwich enhancer.

Superb root beer and use mash as liquid for bread, have couple recipes and these work great. (May it taste even better than 'original', who knows finnish style 100% rye bread). Great, great stuff. Since finding these, accelerating pace to pass quickly past any "bread" department, literally anywhere. Not that recipes were good befor but adding this and there is no competition! Thanks a lot !

Wonderful aroma

I used it in a Dunkelweizen and that worked out great. It adds a good chocolatey and roasty taste and has a great aroma.

Used in a rye stout with good results

I recently used this malt in a rye stout and it came out very well. The rye 'spiciness' still comes through but with a nice, mildy toasty, chocolate-like character added. I would recommend it in small quantities in most beers unless you're going for something really rye-forward.
