Good as expected. The 6lb containers are perfect for my recipes and rinse out nicely with hot water to get all of the extract.
We have cold storage so I am making summer brews (March). This extract is making nice “lite” wheat ale for summer swilling.
I have used this extract many times, nothing bad to say. Tastes like wheat. Much easier than mashing wheat in my experience, which has been a pain.
I used this in a saison, very good but not all wheat.
