Product Details

This is a blend of ale and lager yeast strains. The strains work together to create a clean, crisp, light American lager style ale. A pleasing estery aroma may be perceived from the ale yeast contribution. Hop flavors and bitterness are slightly subdued. Slight sulfur will be produced during fermentation, from the lager yeast.

Cream Ale

I have a kegorator with two taps, and I try to keep a cream ale available. I have found that my biggest problem is that the cream ale is always first consumed. Never enough left over for me. The cream ale seems to appeal to most people. So delicious.

Used for Kentucky Common

2 liter starter for 5 gallon batch. Fermented at 60F for a few days then gradually ramped temp to 70F over the course of a week. Finished within a week at 70% ADF. Tastes great!
