Sweet 1st Mead

OG 1.126 ended at 1.030. Nice sweet taste thanks to this yeast!

very impressed

My first batch, split into 3 , 1 with blackberries , 1 with Razzberries , one straight mead , the Dry Champaign flavor , is great !

An excellent simple to use yeast

This is an easyto use , very active yeast that works great in my version of mead.

The best wine yet

Used this in conjunction with some organic red grape juice and a few bottles of cherry to make the best, most flavorful wine I've made to date. The result is a fruity and sweet, delicious blend of flavors. I made 6 gallons and turned out to be about 12%. I would compare this to a dessert wine or much like a concord grape Manischewitz. If you want sweet, this can't be beat!
