Wine Conditioner is a sweetener and stabilizer all in one. Made from liquid invert sugar and potassium sorbate (prevents renewed fermentation). This product allows you to sweeten your wine without worry of fermentation or carbonation in the bottle. Some winemakers use conditioner to reduce aging. Use 2 - 4 ounces per gallon.

Did back sweeten a little, but an odd taste. Not a bad taste just not what was expected. It did make a more wet flavor and taste of the wine. I would get again after experimenting with it more.
Used this on a Lambrusco that came out a little sour. Sweetness now is right where I want it.
Tastes just like regular sugar. I like that it wont restart fermentation.
I made a batch of brown ale and a batch of elderberry wine. Both were very easy to make and came out great. They have been a big hit with all my friends. The brown ale didn't last long. I will be ordering a new kit soon.
