You will, with the Wyeast smack packs you simply cannot go wrong. The fermentation is so much better with liquid yeast than the dry yeast. Don't get me wrong, dry yeast is good too. It does what it is supposed to do. But the difference in active fermentation between the two is day and night. Try it. You'll be glad you did!
