What air flow rate/pressure is needed for this diffuser? I used an aquarium pump in my first run with this and it barely bubbled.

BEST ANSWER: I had the same problem. I tried a number of progressively more powerful aquarium pumps without success. In the end I used a compressor and dialed the output pressure way back. Trial and error in a bucket of water, somewhere around 10psi works for me. Had to buy accessories for the compressor (harbor freight, less than $10) and used some ingenuity to make the connections. Good luck.
If the stone becomes clogged how do you clean it?
A shopper on Jan 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I've never been afraid of it clogging. Its only oxygen or air passing through the stone. Usually i try to soak it in fresh sanitizer solution for 20 min and flush it with air/ oxygen before using. Always clean it after use to prevent possibly clogging it.
