2.8 / 5.05 ReviewsBig MistakeUnit came with no instructions. Doesn't stay put on my 8 gallon pot, sloppy, loose fit. Sprinkler only sprays what's directly below it. Had to improvise a feed system to get liquid into the feed tube. Oh, and did I mention it's WAY overpriced for what it doesn't do. I went back to my homemade contraption which, while not pretty, is simple . . . and works.

Glub Glub GlubThis seems like a great way to sparge but it is way too small and only disperses the liquid wort if the volume is up on the pump otherwise the cone is only about 2" wide. I suggest going to another style as in a shower type vs. this. Not at all impressed and no longer using it.- Was this review helpful? Yes (1) No (0)

Good quality but...It would be helpful if there would have been some basic assembly instructions. The hole in the plastic square that the metal tube is supposed to fit into, was too small to fit the metal tube into.- Was this review helpful? Yes (2) No (0)

Simply set the metal frame on top of your mash tun (slide the frame in or out so that it fits snug to the tun's rim. Connect the tube from your hot liquor tank to the sparge and start the flow. Your sparge water will sprinkle over the grain uniformly, but you will need to control the flow rate from the tank. I use gravity (the hot liquor tank seated above the mash tun), but obviously you can pump the sparge water as well. I'm very pleased with this sparge arm's performance.

Just opened the box, no instructions as to assembly. The video on You tube looks nothing like this one, it does not have a spinning arm, the cone shaped plastic piece I assume must go at the discharge to spread the liquid. Judging by other comments it might be something that ends up on the shelf ! Got any advice on correct assembly ??
