DetailsThe most devastating explosion of hops to hit North America in centuries. Beneath the stout-like blackness is a moving force of earthy pine, citrusy grapefruit, ripe melon and gooseberry. A compressed wave of roasted malt is just an early warning sign—groundshaking bitterness magnifies into a tsunami of passionfruit and lychee. In the aftermath of destruction, Subduction finishes dry with only hints of stone fruit and sandy-colored lacing in its wake.

Some serious fermentation taking place right now. Smells great! Very pleased with all kits I've ordered from Midwest. These won't disappoint either!December 30, 2015
