DetailsFaster to set up than a silver bullet. Helps your beer leap tall brew rigs in a single bound. This is the pump connector kit that you need to take your brew pump to the next level. Everything you need to make your brewing pump quick to set up and quick to take apart on brew day so that you can get back to what is really important - drinking...um, we mean brewing.
Works with Steelhead Pumps, March Pump 809, March Pump 815, Chugger Pump, or any other brew pumps with 1/2 NPT threaded inlets and outlets.
Cut the thermoplastic tubing to the custom lengths you need for your all grain equipment or brew kettles. The use of Female Disconnects on the tubing ensures easier operation of the disconnect itself, preventing burns from hot equipment.
Many don't realize you can control the flow of a magnetic-drive pump from the outlet. The stainless-steel ball valve allows for precise flow control during a transfer or while filling your fermenter, without the need to invest in an expensive variable-speed pump. You can even cut the flow entirely with the valve while leaving the pump running. That way your pump doesn't lose its prime.
The easiest way to get your new brewing pump setup.

over 2 years agoAbsolutely Love It!If you use a pump you need one of these kits. Connecting and disconnecting is ridiculously easy and the tubing is very high grade. It's also cheaper to buy as a kit. I was very impressed that it came with an extra set of male connects for my kettles two ports...5 stars!April 25, 2017Purchased

over 2 years agoGreat valueThe Quick pump connectors set is a must for use with any of the pumps on the market. I've used it twice now and found it works great with my Chugger pump. I had a quote from my local brew store that was twice this for the same components. A must buy if you are considering upgrading your pump/system.April 4, 2017Purchased

over 2 years agoWorks great and saves moneyThese fittings perform without issue. Did a test run using these connections and did not have any problems, and I didn't have any leakage in my circuit. If you need some quick disconnects this is the way to purchase it, as it is way cheaper to buy this set because a single set of quick disconnects costs ~$25. If I was forced to complain it would be about the tubing being completely opaque, but it's technically free tubing if you pieced this system out so I'm happy with it. This set is definitely a money saver for sure...might buy another to fully outfit my system.August 10, 2016
- Customer Q&A
Browse 2 questions Browse 2 questions and 3 answersWhat is the temperature/pressure on the tubing?BEST ANSWER: Thanks for contacting Midwest Supplies. I understand you want to know the type of tubing that comes in the Transfer Quick Connector Kit and the temperature and pressure rating for it. The type of tubing included in the kit is 1/2" ID Thermoplastic tubing, which has a temperature rating of 275 degrees, but no intended for being pressurized. Cheers!Do I need any additional pieces to connect to my Megapot 1.2?BEST ANSWER: Nope! You'll remove the hose-barb from your ball-valve if you have one, and put one of the male-threaded male quick-disconnects in there. Then use the female quick-disconnects with the hose barb on them to make a hose with an easy-to-use disconnect on it.
