Product Details

Vintner's Best® Fruit Wine Bases are all-natural and made with real fruit juice. They are blended from the same formulations used by commercial wineries and allow you to avoid straining out the fruit pieces. Vintner's Best® Fruit Wine bases make 5 gallons of high-quality fruit wine at around 10% ABV. Easy, convenient re-sealable packaging with no pH or acid adjustments allows you to scale depending on your batch size. All you have to do is add yeast and water.

A blend of juice concentrates, corn syrup, citric acid and natural flavor designed to make a fermentable base for a raspberry wine blend at 18.6 Brix. The product is blended, pasteurized and can be stored at ambient temperature.

Recommended Yeast: Lalvin K1V-1116 or Red Star Premier Classique

It surely smelled good while I was preparing the must to start fermentation. I hope it tastes as good as it smelled.

Great concentrate.

This is one of my favorite ways to make a wonderful raspberry wine (my family's raves over it)

Vintner’s Best Raspberry Fruit Wine Base, Two Thumbs Up!

I brought up the brix a bit with pure cane sugar. Used an L2226 Rhone wine yeast and ferminted to .994 SG. Then sweetened back just a little with 80 ml Wine Conditioner. Beautiful color, taste and nose. ABV finished at about 13.4%. Very happy with the outcome.

Additive for my grapes.

Buy the puree as an additive for my grapes. Don't have enough, so this is perfect.
