The next step up from Dubbel in the monastic beer classification, Tripel is higher in alcohol than Dubbel but is actually lighter in color and body.
Modeled after a famous Belgian ale brewed by Trappist Monks, this traditional Tripel recipe pours a deep gold with a white, creamy head and the aroma has elements of malt and citrus, which lead to a mildly sweet orange flavor in the finish. It finishes dry despite it's strength making it deceptively drinkable.

I purchased this kit along with the big mouth bubbler as a Christmas gift for my Dad. It came packaged wrapped up like a baby and sooner than expected. He was stoked upon recieving the home brewing kit and extra recipe. We read the directions together upon opening and they are super easy to follow. Now we just have to wait to taste it! 😊
