I love just being able to just twist off the cap with bare hands! Then twist it back on to preserve the freshness.
They seem to be made of a very hard plastic with a flexible seal on the inside. I know that I’ll step on one someday and the outer shell (cap) will break, but in the meantime I’m bottling wine faster and easier than ever before.
I‘ve never used them with a carbonated wine or beer, but I think it’s worth a try.
