Master Vintner® Cabernet Sauvignon makes six gallons of medium-bodied wine with moderate tannins, featuring savory notes of dark, dried fruit behind aromas of ripe plum and vanilla. Wonderfully complex flavors of currants, blackberry, and chocolate burst from this crowd-pleasing wine. Getting ready to order more!, I made the first kit but I made 5 gallons instead of the 6 gallons recommended, and it was a full bodied wine, wound up drinking the whole batch before I could let it age for any lenght of time!
