Almost exactly 1 month from starting, i'm bottling today and the wine is great, clear and ready to drink. It's crisp and fruity, medium dryness. It's a little sweeter than you might expect for a dry chard, but it's a fruit sweetness on the finish. Highly recommend it and will make it again. I usually keg it for faster drinking!

Tasty Chardonnay

Just bottled my second batch since my first one is all gone! This has been very popular with my family and friends . The second batch tastes very promising with two spirals of American medium toast spirals added. My friend who has mentored me in wine making had a wine tasting at her house recently with 5 couples and covered the wine labels. My Chardonnay (my first batch of this kit) was a huge hit!

super easy to make, not too oaky. great everyday wine and consistently good.
