great starter kit for beginners
It has exactly what you need to start your adventure into winemaking. The little big mouth bubbler has plenty of room for your next foray into fresh fruit winemaking, when you get there. If I had to give one thing that could be improved, the instructions/additives could jive a little better with the instructions that come with the wine kit.
The moscato is good!
Everything I needed as a first timer was in the box. The instructions were simple. My first gallon is in the bottle. It may have turned out a bit drier than I'm used to with a Pinot, more like a dry chardonnay or a sauvignon blanc. I put that on the vinter.
